These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of Products including; Practical HR Templates, subscriptions and associated documentation relating to our First Line Support site. These terms do not apply to consultancy or legal representation services or Your HR Services. Fees associated with products are detailed on the website.
All prices quoted are excluding VAT. VAT, at the current rate, will be added to all invoices, as shown in the shopping basket prior to confirmation of purchase. Practical HR Ltd reserves the right to change or amend prices of any documents on the website without notice. The purchaser may purchase documents at the price currently shown on the website.
The purchaser may be provided with a log in and password to allow them access to the Information site or on-line products.
Payment is generally made at the time of purchase by debit or credit card. Alternatively payment can be made in advance to Practical HR Ltd. In the event that an existing client has a direct debit facility set up with Practical HR Ltd, payment can be made by direct debit and payment will taken no less than 10 days following the purchase.
Due to the digital nature of services, no right of refund or cancellation exists after a services or product has been purchased, in accordance with Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
